PWL—IA type horizontal reciprocating furnace is mechanized coal-fired equipment specially used in boilers. It suitable for the assortment and re-equipment of all kinds of boilers with evaporation capacity of 4 ton/h or less than 4 ton/h. Its effective combustion area is 0.9m2 - 4.8m2 . Coal consumption amount is 150-550kg/h.
　　PWL—IA type horizontal reciprocating furnace has the feature of simple structure, convenient to install, safety, reliability and long service life. No need move the furnace body when modify the furnace, which reduce the cost of the project, and shorten the installation period.
　　The boiler mated and modified with the horizontal furnace can adapt to many kinds of coal, coal seam can be fully combusted. There are low carbon contents in the cinder, strong cinder breaking capability, good smoke prevention and dust control effect. National environmental production requirement can be met without any other smoke prevention and dust control facilities.
