Ⅰ.Structure:
Electro-static eliminator mainly consists of 3 parts: 1. Connecting flanges at both ends and steel cover. 2. Flow concentration and discharging needle assembly parts (totally 15 sets). 3. The ground high insulation layer consists of insulating tube and hollow oil layer.

Ⅱ. Electricity elimination principle
When the electrified oil enters the electricity elimination pipe, the ground electric capacity becomes smaller due to the effect of the insulation layer, voltage rise rapidly, and forms a abnormal strong electric field inside the insulating tube. The ground metal cover induces the opposite electrodes in the oil and gathers at the flow concentration and discharging needle due to the electrostatic induction. In the high electric potential, strong electric field and the turbulent oil flow gathers at the opposite electrode on the discharging needle and “injecting” into oil through the needle for the purpose of neutralization and electro-elimination. The electro-eliminator is self-induction style, so no outside power and any operation is required.
