Characteristics and performance:
The heat gas of gas produce chamber makes full use of the heat and combustion heat of the tar, the gas has relatively high calorie value. The gas furnace has simple structure, work flow of the gas production is easy to operate. The equipment covers a small area, small investment. Comparing with direct coal burning, it reduces the labor intensity, and saves 15-20% fuel. It comfort with the environmental protection requirement, also increases the heating quality. Mating with the gas furnace, there is gas-mouth, gas-cutting device, heat gas pipeline system, and successful measures and typical structure matching the heat gas, and safety operation to ensure the convey and application of the gas. The gas furnace is suitable for the forge furnace, EP and energy saving coal-fired furnace re-equipped plaster tablet kiln, heat treatment furnace, drying furnace, smelting furnace and other heating devices in relevant temperature scope in medium and small scale factories

Structure drawing: Gas furnace includes:
Coal scuttle, feeding inclined bridge, lifting coal feeder, coal screen, double bell jar coal scuttle; Main body of the furnace consists of refractory material and semi-water jacket, mechanical drive grate, cinder cleaning device, steam bag, semi-water jacket tube which form a steam and water cycling, and it can produce 0.7 Kg/cm2 that can supply the steam for once wind in the bottom of the furnace.
Complete sets of equipments of the heat gas station includes:
Gas produce furnace, feeding inclined bridge, dust cleaner, connecting pipe of the dust cleaner, wind supplying system, steam bag, gas control cabinet. |
